Matt’s takes a holistic approach to exercise, framing it within a context of healthy practices and good nutrition.
Matt is passionate about seeing his clients achieve their goals, and takes a positive and supportive approach to training.
Matt’s training programs are more than just ‘sets and reps’. They are based on a full clinical assessment and include a wide range of research-based strategies to develop mobility, strength, and agility.
Dr Matthew Wall brings more than 14 years of experience as a personal trainer, chiropractor and strength coach.
Matt completed his Masters of Chiropractic in 2009 and is internationally certified. He also has advanced qualifications in Functional Movement and is a certified Kettlebell and barbell Instructor.
Training can be held at your home gym, the clinic gym in Surry Hills and outdoor sessions in Maroubra.
Recovering from injury is a great opportunity to train and restore function. Matt can clinically assess your injury and design an appropriate training plan to get you back to doing the things you love.
Sessions are 40 minutes.
Matt has years of experience in powerlifting and has certified as a strong first barbell coach so he can certainly help assess your lifting, assess your program, and nutrition. If you’re ready to put in the work, Matt will get you strong.
Sessions can be rescheduled with >24hrs notice. Cancellations under that time and no shows will be charged for that session.
Yes! Training postpartum has a special set of considerations. And postpartum is forever. All mums need special assessment and consideration.
If you have been assessed by your women's health physio or gynaecologist and given the green light for exercise, you can start on a program that is mindful of diastasis, the pelvic floor and prolapse.
